Turnaround times, credit policy, and product flexibility were ranked as key drivers of satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Adviser feedback described Westpac as offering \u201chuge flexibility\u201d and a seamless process, while ANZ was commended for providing efficient, client-focused service.<\/p>\n<p>Building stronger partnerships<\/p>\n<p>The results highlight how adviser\u2013lender partnerships continue to evolve amid regulatory and market changes.
