Their divorce is final, but life is still the pits for Angelina Jolie \u2014 she and ex Brad Pitt are still battling it out over their French winery, Ch\u00e2teau Miraval!<\/p>\n

The actress opened up in a recent declaration filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court in response to Brad\u2019s request that she turn over private messages about the sale of her part of Miraval, according to Page Six<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe events leading to my need to separate from my ex-husband were emotionally difficult for me and our children,\u201d said Angelina, 50, who accused Brad, 61, of abuse in the past.<\/p>\n

\u201cUpon filing for divorce, I left him control (and full residency) of our family homes in Los Angeles and at Miraval, without compensation, which I hoped would make him calmer in his dealings with me after a difficult and traumatic period.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Maria star added she and her kids \u2014 Maddox, 24, Pax, 21, Zahara, 20, Shiloh, 19, and twins Knox and Vivienne, both 17 \u2014 \u201chave never again set foot\u201d at Miraval given its \u201cconnection to the painful events leading to the divorce.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brad, who denied the claims of abuse, is suing Jolie for her stake in the French property, claiming she sold her share to the wine division of the Stoli Group without his permission. Jolie counters she did not need his permission.<\/p>\n

In happier days, the then-power couple took out a long-term lease on the property in the South of France before buying it outright. They even tied the knot there in 2014.<\/p>\n

\u201cFirst the divorce and custody battle, and now the fight for Miraval,\u201d says a source, who wonders, \u201cWill this war ever end? Hopefully for the kids\u2019 sakes, it will.\u201d<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, Jennifer Aniston is blasting the rumors and \u201clies\u201d that have been told about the breakup of her marriage to Brad. She insists she did not put career ahead of starting a family. In fact, she says she was privately trying to have a baby all along via in vitro fertilization!<\/p>\n

\u201cI was trying to get pregnant,\u201d Jen, 56, told Allure<\/a>. \u201cIt was a challenging road for me, the baby-making road.\u201d<\/p>\n

She confides the years of speculation about her not wanting a family with Brad were \u201creally hard. I was going through IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it. I was throwing everything at it.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Picture Perfect star said in an interview with Harper\u2019s Bazaar<\/a> she didn\u2019t talk publicly about her problems conceiving because \u201cthat\u2019s nobody\u2019s business. But there comes a point when you can\u2019t not hear it \u2014 the narrative about how I won\u2019t have a baby, won\u2019t have a family because I\u2019m selfish, a workaholic. It does affect me. I\u2019m just a human being. That\u2019s why I thought, \u2018What the hell?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd the reason my husband left me, why we broke up and ended our marriage was because I wouldn\u2019t give him a kid \u2026 It was absolute lies,\u201d Jen says<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She finally decided to speak up<\/a>: \u201cIt was not only for myself, but for any women who were struggling with the same issue.\u201d<\/p>\n
