Account balances and funds are not impacted, she said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"qtLpbIHvhN\" style=\"display:none\">ANZ did not respond to the Herald\u2018s questions on what the issue appeared to be.<\/p>\n<p class=\"qtLpbIHvhN\" style=\"display:none\">One customer showed the Herald a screenshot of an error message on the app this afternoon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"qtLpbIHvhN\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cANZ connection lost. ANZ goMoney has lost network connection. Please restart the app to continue,\u201d the message read.<\/p>\n<p class=\"qtLpbIHvhN\" style=\"display:none\">The customer also said there was a \u201cspinning wheel of death\u201d on the application\u2019s loading page.<\/p>\n<p class=\"qtLpbIHvhN\" style=\"display:none\">Another customer showed the Herald a screenshot from the app saying logging in was \u201ctemporarily unavailable.
