So what would it mean for the young star if she was the one who woke up with the $100,000 cash prize in her bank account and an all-inclusive recording development package?<\/p>\n
\u201cI mean, that\u2019s the $100,000 question, isn\u2019t it?\u201d the grand finalist says with a laugh. <\/p>\n
\u201cWhen I entered the show, I wanted to really challenge myself, and I wanted to see if I could step up to a plate this big, and I never anticipated making it this far – that was never on the cards.\u201d <\/p>\n
But if she does walk away with the win, she will be the first Kiwi to do it. <\/p>\n
\u201cSo there\u2019s a lot, a lot riding on it, and honestly, I think I would be smiling for the rest of my life and my parents would be incredibly proud of me, which will top it off,\u201d she says. <\/p>\n

No matter the outcome, Henderson\u2019s mission remains the same: \u201cMake music, work hard, find people that like it and do my very best to make that the rest of my life.\u201d <\/p>\n
\u201cThe only thing that I want out of this is a connection with people who feel connected to me or my music, and I just hope that we can keep doing that together for however many years that they want to be here. <\/p>\n
