After 14 years and 46 seasons, MTV’s “Ridiculousness” will no longer air.<\/p>\n

According to American media, the comedy clip show, hosted by Rob Dyrdek, will continue to air in 2026 with previously recorded episodes, but there will be no new episodes.<\/p>\n

Season 46 will be the show’s final episode, while reruns continue to air on MTV and select seasons will be available on the Paramount+ platform.<\/p>\n

According to a source familiar with the decision, the cancellation comes at a time when MTV (which is owned by Paramount) wants to offer “more curated content that embraces its experimental DNA” and introduce “diverse creative voices and new programming.”<\/p>\n

With more than 1,700 episodes, “Ridiculousness” is one of the longest-running shows in MTV history. <\/p>\n

As Variety reported in 2020, the show took up 113 hours a week of the network’s 168-hour schedule.<\/p>\n
