Subscribers tend to make use of a myriad of services offered by the retirement fund body on its portal.<\/p>\n<p>Aside from these services, <a class=\"backlink\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.livemint.com\/economy\/epfo-adds-1-46-million-members-in-march-youth-women-drive-growth-11747817533355.html\" data-vars-page-type=\"story\" data-vars-link-type=\"Manual\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\" data-vars-anchor-text=\"EPFO subscribers\">EPFO subscribers<\/a> can also update the date of leaving their jobs. Let us understand how to do this in a series of steps.<\/p>\n<p>Update your exit date: A step-by-step guide<\/p>\n<p>1. Login: First of all, you need to log in to the EPF India website. Go to the member interface and log in with UAN and password (as shown in the image below).<\/p>\n<p>2. Fill application: Go to &#8216;Manage&#8217; and click mark exit. Choose the PF account number from the select employment dropdown.<\/p>\n<p>3. Some details: Now you can enter &#8216;date of exit&#8217; and explain the reason for the exit.<\/p>\n<p>4. Send OTP: It is vital to click \u2018request OTP\u2019 and enter the OTP which is sent to your mobile number linked to Aadhaar.<\/p>\n<p>5. Checkbox: Now you can select the checkbox.<\/p>\n<p>6. Update: At this stage, you can click \u2018update\u2019 and click \u2018OK\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>7. Success: Now the date of exit has been updated successfully.<\/p>\n<p>Employee enrolment scheme<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, in another development, the government on Saturday <a class=\"backlink\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.livemint.com\/money\/personal-finance\/epfo-employee-enrollment-scheme-2025-launched-what-is-it-how-will-it-help-workers-in-india-all-you-need-to-know-11762007047594.html\" data-vars-page-type=\"story\" data-vars-link-type=\"Manual\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\" data-vars-anchor-text=\"announced the launch of the Employee Enrollment Scheme 2025\">announced the launch of the Employee Enrollment Scheme 2025<\/a> aimed at voluntarily enrolling employees under the EPFO.<\/p>\n<p>This Enrolment Scheme was launched by Union Minister of Labour and Employment Mansukh Mandaviya during the 73rd foundation day of the EPFO.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEPFO is not merely a fund\u2014it represents the trust of India\u2019s workforce in social security,\u201d the minister said during the event. The scheme was made effective from 1 November.
