Jennifer Lawrence<\/a> felt more free than ever in her most recent movie, \u201cDie My Love,\u201d which she filmed while pregnant with her second child. <\/p>\n

The film, which is about a new mother experiencing postpartum psychosis, required the Oscar-winning actor to be naked \u2015 something she said she\u2019s \u201cnot sensitive\u201d about. <\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t care about nudity,\u201d Lawrence said in a video shared by Vulture<\/a> on Monday. She added that she wanted the director of \u201cDie My Love,\u201d Lynn Ramsay, \u201cto have total freedom artistically\u201d in the film. <\/p>\n

She also said it \u201cfelt really freeing\u201d to film while being pregnant, as it took a lot of \u201cvanity anxiety away.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBefore \u2018No Hard Feelings,\u2019 I was dieting and not eating carbs and working out,\u201d she said of her 2023 film, in which she also filmed a nude scene.<\/p>\n

But since she was pregnant this time around, Lawrence had a totally different approach. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhat was I gonna do? Like, not eat? I was working 15 hours a day. I was just tired,\u201d the 35-year-old shared. <\/p>\n

\u201cI remember them sending over a close-up of, like, cellulite being like, \u2018Do you want us to touch this up?\u2019\u201d she explained. \u201cAnd I was like, \u2018No \u2015 that\u2019s an ass.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Lawrence, who is always candid about body image and beyond, recently shared that she is going to get a boob job ahead of filming her next nude scene, which shoots next spring. <\/p>\n

\u201cEverything bounced back, pretty much, after the first one,\u201d she told The New Yorker\u2019s Jia Tolentino<\/a> in October. \u201cSecond one, nothing bounced back.\u201d <\/p>\n

When Tolentino asked if Lawrence would still be going under the knife if she weren\u2019t a famous actor, the \u201cHunger Games\u201d star said yes. <\/p>\n

\u201cMaybe I wouldn\u2019t be hustling to the appointment in the same way,\u201d she explained. \u201cBut I think yes.\u201d <\/p>\n
