That is the highest rate since December 2016.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ZzQnbEvs\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cThere\u2019s been some positive data this week on housing consents, which is encouraging, although the last few <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nzherald.co.nz\/the-country\/news\/gdt-dairy-prices-down-24-as-cheddar-plunges-66\/HIHRNZJENVACRKOUEMZOFB32WM\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.nzherald.co.nz\/the-country\/news\/gdt-dairy-prices-down-24-as-cheddar-plunges-66\/HIHRNZJENVACRKOUEMZOFB32WM\/\">dairy auctions<\/a> have been a bit weak.
