The last three matches have seen wins of only eight, five and eight points successively.
In 1946, the New Zealand Expeditionary Forces team, known as the ‘Kiwis’, played against a strong Scotland team on January 19. Scotland won the match 11-6. These were part of the ‘Victory Internationals’ series, and neither country awarded caps, although teams were close to the strongest available for national selection at the time.
Beauden Barrett is the only member of the current squad to start twice against Scotland, and the only to play three matches in total. Nobody in the current group has scored more than one try against Scotland (Codie Taylor, Samisoni Taukei’aho, Scott Barrett, Beauden Barrett and Damian McKenzie have each scored one try against Scotland). Beauden Barrett has scored the most points against Scotland (12).

The All Blacks’ selectors have named their team to play Scotland at Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium this weekend, with…

[3
42,43,40,38,41,39
0":"post-121053","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-headlines","8":"tag-headlines","9":"tag-news","10":"tag-top-news","11":"tag-top-stories","12":"tag-topnews","13":"tag-topstories
["GET
