After being suspended<\/a> for nearly a week two months ago, Jimmy Kimmel Live was again suddenly canceled last night. The November 6 show was pulled last minute, and an October 28 episode of\u00a0the show was rerun.<\/p>\n

The canceled episode featured David Duchovny, Joe Keery and\u00a0Madison Beer\u00a0as the musical guest. No reason for the cancelation was offered from either the network or Jimmy Kimmel himself.<\/p>\n

Though ABC hasn\u2019t released a statement, Radar Online<\/a> claimed the cancelation was due to a \u201cpersonal matter\u201d involving the show\u2019s star.<\/p>\n

Musical guest Madison Beer took to her social media to announce the news. \u201cDue to unforeseen circumstances,\u201d she wrote on X, \u201c@jimmykimmellive needed to reschedule my performance that was originally scheduled to air tonight to a later date.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another statement from Jimmy\u2019s audience team apologized for the cancelation, but didn\u2019t offer any explanation. \u201cTonight\u2019s episode of\u00a0Jimmy Kimmel Live\u00a0has been postponed,\u201d the statement allegedly read. \u201cApologies for any inconvenience. Will \u2026 contact you to reschedule for a future taping. Thanks.\u201d<\/p>\n

In September, the show was temporarily pulled following Jimmy\u2019s comments about the Charlie Kirk assassination. At the time, Jimmy addressed rumors that MAGA was \u201cdesperately trying to characterize\u201d the shooting suspect \u201cas anything other than one of them.\u201d<\/p>\n

Two days later, ABC suspended his show \u201cindefinitely.\u201d The immediate public outcry provoked conversations about bullying and censorship<\/a>. Both Hollywood stars<\/a> and private citizens were up in arms over the suspension, citing our First Amendment right to free speech.<\/p>\n

In the wake of Jimmy\u2019s suspension, Disney reportedly lost an estimated 1.7 million subscribers on its Disney Plus and Hulu streaming services. For his part, Jimmy threatened to \u201cbreak his relationship<\/a> with ABC forever\u201d following the suspension. But finally, the show returned to the air on September 23 amid fan jubilation.<\/p>\n
