Glenn Close<\/a> is responding to those scathing reviews of her new series, \u201cAll\u2019s Fair<\/a>,\u201d by turning up the heat on the critics who wrote them. <\/p>\n

The actor on Thursday shared a hand-drawn sketch on Instagram<\/a> depicting her and co-stars Kim Kardashian<\/a>, Naomi Watts, Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash and Teyana Taylor grinning gleefully over a boiling pot containing a deceased rabbit. <\/p>\n

\u201cCritic-Bunny Stew,\u201d the pot\u2019s label read. <\/p>\n

The image was a wink at Close\u2019s Oscar-nominated performance in the 1987 psychological thriller \u201cFatal Attraction<\/a>,\u201d co-starring Michael Douglas<\/a>. In the film, Close portrays Alex Forrest, an emotionally disturbed woman who seeks revenge on a married man, Dan Gallagher (Douglas), after a brief affair. <\/p>\n

The movie\u2019s most grisly scene<\/a> finds Dan\u2019s wife, Beth (Anne Archer), discovering that Alex has broken into their home and boiled a pet rabbit belonging to their young daughter. <\/p>\n

Created by Ryan Murphy, \u201cAll\u2019s Fair\u201d follows a group of female divorce attorneys who launch their own practice after exiting a male-dominated legal firm. <\/p>\n

The series\u2019 release on Hulu last week was met with critical drubbings from numerous outlets, with The Times of London<\/a> suggesting it \u201cmay be the worst TV drama ever.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThese characters are so thin, their storylines so flimsy and their motives so underbaked that there\u2019s no recognizable emotion underlying any of it, and thus no feeling to be provoked by watching it,\u201d The Hollywood Reporter<\/a> wrote, while The Guardian<\/a> called it \u201cfascinatingly, incomprehensibly, existentially terrible.\u201d <\/p>\n

Not surprisingly, many of<\/a> the reviews singled out<\/a> Kardashian, who \u2015 despite a starring role on the 12th season<\/a> of Murphy\u2019s \u201cAmerican Horror Story<\/a>\u201d in 2023 \u2015 is a considerably less seasoned thespian compared to Close, an eight-time Academy Award nominee. <\/p>\n

True to form, Kardashian appears to be having the last laugh, with \u201cAll\u2019s Fair\u201d reportedly hitting the No. 1 spot<\/a> on Hulu\u2019s streaming chat after just one day of release. <\/p>\n

On Thursday, the reality TV star and Skims founder offered her own tongue-in-cheek response to the reviews with a carousel of images<\/a> showing some of the more blistering comments mixed in with snapshots of her and her co-stars. <\/p>\n

\u201cHave you tuned in to the most critically acclaimed show of the year!?!?!?\u201d she wrote in the caption. <\/p>\n
