The \u201cAll About That Bass\u201d singer, 33, stepped out at the 2025 Baby2Baby Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday night in a strapless Alin Le Kal white ballgown. She completed the princess look with a pair of matching elbow-length gloves and a diamond choker.<\/p>\n

In March, the Grammy winner revealed that she had gotten breast implants<\/a> and a lift after \u201chaving two kids, living a healthier lifestyle and losing weight.\u201d<\/p>\n

The next month, she shared via Instagram that she was using the diabetes-turned-weight-loss medication Mounjaro <\/a>and her husband, Daryl Sabara, was also doing the same because the couple does \u201ceverything together.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy,\u201d she told her followers. \u201cAnd I\u2019m so glad I did because I feel great.\u201d<\/p>\n
