Hunted exec producer Emma Young has landed the permanent role at producer Shine TV, Broadcast can reveal.<\/p>\n

As senior executive producer Young will work with the wider creative teams to deliver premium factual reality series and develop new formats. She will report into director of programmes Matt Bennett.<\/p>\n

Young has helmed the latest series of Shine\u2019s long-running Channel 4<\/a> returner Hunted as executive producer, delivering an average seven-day consolidated audience of 1.42m and doubling the slot for 16-34s, according to Banijay<\/a> UK.<\/p>\n

Her other constructed factual reality shows for C4 include Shine\u2019s Banged Up and Celebrity Hunted, and Minnow Films\u2019 Go Back To Where You Came From.<\/p>\n

She has previously held producer-director roles at the likes of Twenty Twenty, Firecracker FIlms, RDF Television and Boundless Productions, with credits including BBC3<\/a> series The Baby Bomb and C4\u2019 Sex On Wheels and Strippers.<\/p>\n
