Image: InSyde Media<\/p>\n<p>The second BRT seat was the last, in terms of full-time drives, to be formally confirmed for next season.<\/p>\n<p>Rookie Cameron has long been expected to be retained by the Ford team, although a potential curveball did emerge with Will Davison\u2019s impending split with Dick Johnson Racing.<\/p>\n<p>That prompted speculation that Davison could be in the frame at BRT, however the team has now confirmed that it will indeed partner Cameron with new signing James Golding.<\/p>\n<p>Cameron joined the team ahead of the Australian Grand Prix this year as a replacement for Aaron Love, who was axed after the opening round at Sydney Motorsport Park.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAaron has shown great growth across his first season with us, and it\u2019s been really rewarding to see his confidence and speed develop round by round,\u201d said BRT co-owner Tim Blanchard.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re finishing the year on a strong note, and it\u2019s important we continue that trajectory into 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRetaining Aaron gives us stability and a solid foundation to keep building on the progress we\u2019ve made as a team.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/speedcafe.com\/supercars-news-2025-sandown-500-will-davison-dick-johnson-racing-exit-future-reaction-comment-exclusive\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Will Davison opens up on future amid DJR exit<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Golding and Cameron will head into the new season with support from incoming Ford homologation team Triple Eight, which has inked an exclusive technical partnership with BRT.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve learnt a lot in my first full year in Supercars, and I feel like we\u2019ve made big steps forward as a team,\u201d said Cameron.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery round I\u2019ve become more comfortable in the car and more confident out on track.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe team has given me the tools and support to keep improving, and we\u2019ve got a really good thing going heading into next year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m stoked to continue working with everyone at BRT and to push for even stronger results in 2026.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>  <a data-bid=\"1\" data-no-instant=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/t.cfjump.com\/92797\/b\/289781\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">&#13;<br \/>\n    <img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none; vertical-align: middle;\" alt=\"\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/289781.gif\"\/>&#13;<br \/>\n  <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Aaron Cameron will continue with BRT next season.
