A day later, Snider was arrested for disorderly conduct while being treated for his injuries at Holy Cross Hospital, according to USA Today.<\/p>\n
He was reportedly attempting to be readmitted to the hospital because he disagreed with the staff\u2019s decision to discharge him.<\/p>\n
Snider\u2019s contributions to Americana music have been lauded as highly influential, the Tennessean reports.<\/p>\n
In 2016, music journalist Peter Cooper said the rise of the East Nashville scene is indebted \u201cboth musically and culturally\u201d to the songwriter\u2019s 2004 album East Nashville Skyline.<\/p>\n
