While the Bravosphere is still buzzing over \u201cOG of the OC\u201d Vicki Gunvalson<\/a>\u2019s return to The Real Housewives of Orange County, potential drama between the cast is already brewing.<\/p>\n

\u201cEven just, like, over the summer, Vicki was, like, texting me stuff and saying, like, oh, I\u2019m just gonna keep me mouth shut [about] what she said,\u201d Gretchen Rossi<\/a> exclusively told Us Weekly on Saturday, November 15, while attending BravoCon 2025<\/a> in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe was telling me some insane stuff,\u201d she continued, claiming that Vicki was texting about her longtime friend and RHOC costar Tamra Judge<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, it\u2019s gonna be, it\u2019s gonna be interesting to see the dynamics,\u201d Gretchen said.<\/p>\n

Vicki\u2019s official return to reality TV was announced at this year\u2019s three-day fan convention in Sin City on Friday, November 14, after Andy Cohen <\/a>surprised her on stage with an orange during The Bravos awards.<\/p>\n

\u201cVicki, would you join us as a housewife for season 20?\u201d Cohen asked Vicki, who became visibly emotional on stage. (Vicki helped launch the reality TV show and appeared for 14 seasons before walking away from the cameras in January 2020.)<\/p>\n

After her onstage BravoCon moment, Us caught up with Vicki, who exclusively shared what the surprise experience was like for her.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I went out there, Andy wanted me to give Kandi Burruss<\/a> the Wifetime Achievement Award, and he gave me a week\u2019s notice,\u201d Vicki explained to Us on Saturday. \u201cI prepared a speech, and I went up on stage, and it wasn\u2019t on the prompter.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cWhen he asked me about season 20, I was really somber going out there because I thought, \u2018This is my last time on stage. This is my last time with BravoCon. They\u2019re putting me out to pasture. I\u2019m going to kick and scream the whole way out, but I\u2019m going to do it.\u2019 And then, when he asked me, it took a while for me to understand that this is my next life now for at least a year. I\u2019m so grateful and thankful. I\u2019m just going to be me and have fun and encourage women.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Gretchen seemed to allude to some possible bad blood still lingering between the pair, Tamra told Us that while she was surprised<\/a> to hear that Vicki was returning to the show she is excited for the upcoming season.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAccording to Emily Simpson, Vicki Gunvalson\u2019s The Real Housewives of Orange County return brought an underlying animosity. While speaking with Us Weekly at BravoCon 2025 on Friday, November 14, Emily, 49, revealed that she recently ran into Vicki, 63, on the red carpet. \u201cShe was, like, \u2018Well, I still don\u2019t trust her. I don\u2019t trust [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n

\u201cNo, I did not know it was gonna go down,\u201d Tamra told Us on Saturday. \u201cI\u2019ve been, you know, spending a little time with Vicki lately and talking with her. And I\u2019m like, \u2018Have you got any news? You know, normally we don\u2019t get news about next season till about December or January. So she\u2019s like, \u2018No, I haven\u2019t heard anything.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Tamra later told Us that she \u201cwas so happy\u201d to see her friend on stage accepting her orange, adding that her husband, Eddie Judge, was sitting next to Vicki\u2019s boyfriend, Michael Smith, as the moment played out on stage.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s like, his jaw dropped,\u201d she dished to us of Michael\u2019s reaction to his girlfriend having her BravoCon moment. \u201cAnd he\u2019s like, \u2018Oh my god, this is happening.\u2019 Because he\u2019s much like Eddie, where he\u2019s like, \u2018OK, you do your stuff.
