Take a breath and brace your core. Arms should be straight with a soft bend in the elbows.Bending at your elbows, lower weights just past your temples. Your upper arm should remain still, perpendicular to the floor.Pause for one second at the bottom of the movement, then slowly lift weights and straighten arms to return to starting position. Keep your shoulders away from your ears. Pause, then lower the dumbbells to the starting position. Rotate your torso and hip so that the dumbbell is near your hip. Engage your core. Rotate your torso and hips together as you drive the weight diagonally across your body, finishing above the opposite shoulder.Slowly return to the start under control \u2013 this is where the real work happens.
