It\u2019s also a great way to train if you don\u2019t want to add loads of extra  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/a63135826\/cardiovascular-endurance\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/a63135826\/cardiovascular-endurance\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"cardio\" data-node-id=\"10.5\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">cardio<\/a>.\u2019<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"12\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">In each session, Bruno says she typically includes \u2018one exercise for her back (which also hits the biceps), one for shoulders and one for  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a62276206\/tricep-dips\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a62276206\/tricep-dips\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"triceps\" data-node-id=\"12.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">triceps<\/a>, plus a mix of lower-body and core moves.\u2019<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/1764118929_359_poster.jpg\" alt=\"Image no longer available\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\" decoding=\"async\" fetchpriority=\"high\"\/> <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"16\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">And it shows \u2013 her routine demands total-body engagement while putting clear emphasis on her back and arms. Long lever positions \u2013 with her limbs extended away from her centre of mass, as in the bird dog or L-sit \u2013 demanded full-body tension to maintain. In many of the moves, her  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/workouts\/a707720\/gym-workout\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/workouts\/a707720\/gym-workout\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"lower body\" data-node-id=\"20.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">lower body<\/a> also worked to stabilise and brace while she performed the upper-body action.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"23\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">Bruno also gave fans a realistic sense of Jessica\u2019s current approach to  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a706202\/strength-training-for-beginners\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a706202\/strength-training-for-beginners\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"strength training\" data-node-id=\"23.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">strength training<\/a>. \u2018When it comes to back and arms, Jess is strong and loves to push herself. However, she\u2019s not so interested in lifting super-heavy  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a706203\/strength-training-how-to-pick-the-right-weight-for-your-workout\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a706203\/strength-training-how-to-pick-the-right-weight-for-your-workout\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"weights\" data-node-id=\"23.3\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">weights<\/a> at this point in her life, so we find other ways to keep it fresh,\u2019 he said. \u2018There are lots of different moves here for you to try, but we don\u2019t do them all in the same workout \u2013 not even close.\u2019<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"25\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">It\u2019s worth remembering, too, that even Hollywood royalty carve out extra training time when prepping for a role. \u2018It\u2019s impossible to maintain peak physical condition all the time, and the physique you see on screen isn\u2019t maintainable year-round,\u2019 Bruno noted. \u2018Jess knows that, so she spends most of the year working out consistently \u2013 but not crazy by any means. Let\u2019s call it a 7 out of 10. If she needs to look her absolute best, she\u2019ll ramp it up for a few weeks and then go back to normal afterwards.\u2019<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"27\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">As for the L-sit ring chin-ups, Bruno clarified that, while they featured in Jessica\u2019s final workout before The Better Sister began filming, they\u2019re not a regular staple. \u2018This was over a year and a half ago, and it\u2019s absolutely insane \u2013 it shows why her back looked how it did.
