Since the price of the Xiaomi 15T dropped rapidly shortly after its market launch, the RRP is now largely irrelevant. Hence, those interested in an attractive price-performance ratio now have a potentially exciting option on their hands.

The Xiaomi 15T boasts a modern design with slim bezels, waterproof housing, a good chipset with no noticeable SoC throttling, and an excellent Leica main camera. You can find photos of the Leica camera system here.

Xiaomi has equipped its mid-range smartphone with a superb AMOLED panel boasting 1280p resolution and 12-bit color depth. In our tests, the 6.83-inch, 120Hz panel not only reaches an exceptionally bright 3000 cd/m² but also offers eye-friendly high-frequency PWM dimming at approximately 4000 Hz. Detailed measurements can be found in our full review.

According to the manufacturer, the Xiaomi 15T’s standard dimming method for high brightness levels is DC dimming, while high-frequency PWM dimming (3840 Hz) is used for low brightness. Our measurements confirm this.
