An international satanic child sex abuse material ring has been busted by police, who have charged four Australians for their involvement. <\/p>\n

Detectives uncovered a Sydney-based paedophile network actively involved in possessing, distributing and facilitating child sexual abuse involving ritualistic or satanic themes.<\/p>\n

With the help of the riot squad, NSW Police executed six search warrants in Waterloo, Ultimo and Malabar late last week. <\/p>\n

During the investigation, detectives uncovered a Sydney-based paedophile network actively involved in possessing, distributing, and facilitating this material through a website administered internationally. (Source: NSW Police Force)<\/p>\n

At the Waterloo address, police arrested a 26-year-old man who they allege plays a leading role in the group.<\/p>\n

He was also charged with numerous offences including making available child abuse, possession of child abuse material and disseminating and possessing bestiality material.<\/p>\n

At a unit block in Malabar, detectives arrested three men aged 46, 42 and 39 \u2014 who all faced similar charges. <\/p>\n

All four are expected to return to court at a later date. <\/p>\n
