For the royal family, rewearing a favorite coat or dress is not an uncommon occurrence. And Princess Catherine<\/a>, in particular, has been known to pull out her beloved pieces<\/a> time and time again. But today, she stepped out in a coat that held a particularly special meaning for those who recognized it. <\/p>\n The striking blue outerwear, courtesy of Alexander McQueen<\/a>, was designed with structured shoulders and a tapered waist, complete with a built-in belt secured with silver buttons. Tailored with impeccable care, dart lines ran parallel down the front of the jacket, while lapels lay pristinely flat against the body for a clean and sharp look. Kate, who recently confirmed she is in remission following a two-year battle with cancer, last wore the ensemble for a Christmas celebration in 2023\u2014mere days before she announced her diagnosis. Now, photographed alongside Prince William<\/a> after a slew of public appearances, she looked resilient as ever, reminding us just how far she\u2019s come in the past two years. <\/p>\n 2023<\/p>\n 2025<\/p>\n Kate paired today\u2019s look with tall, dark blue boots and a midnight-blue dress, while Princess Diana\u2019s sapphire-and-diamond earrings and a five-strand pearl necklace added a bit of sparkle.
