Along with this, she is also a yoga enthusiast and often promotes a healthy lifestyle on her social media. (Photo: Instagram) When Aashka Goradia dropped the big news, second pregnancy, the internet kind of sighed in joy. She’s calling the new little one “another BEACH BABY!” and fans absolutely love the happy vibe. The couple announced they are expecting their second child in May 2026. While we congratulate her for new journey, let’s have a look at what keeps the actor-turned entrepreneur fit and healthy at 40. She often shares glimpses of her prenatal yoga sessions, under the watchful eye of her husband (and yoga trainer) Brent Goble. During her first pregnancy, she called prenatal yoga her “sacred sanctuary,” a time to stay connected to her changing body and the little life growing inside her.Yoga: Her anchor through life’s phasesAashka has often said that yoga changed her life “only for the good.” Long before she became a mom, she used to practice yoga daily, sometimes as long as 45 minutes a day, combining discipline with mindfulness. Even after starting a new chapter (maternity, motherhood, business, etc.), she hasn’t abandoned this habit. Instead, yoga remains a constant, a way to balance body, mind, and hectic schedules. For her, yoga isn’t just a workout, it’s become a lifestyle that reflects inner calm, strength and focus.Prenatal yoga & pregnancy fitness: Moving with awarenessWhen Aashka got pregnant for the first time, she didn’t give up yoga, she adapted it with care. Under guidance of her husband Brent Goble (a trained yoga teacher), she shifted to prenatal yoga, prioritizing safety, breathwork and listening to her body.Gentle, mindful stretches and breathing: Early on, she focused on calming breathwork, gentle forward bends and soft movements, without putting pressure on her abdomen.Hip and pelvis mobility as pregnancy progressed: As her body changed, she incorporated poses that ease hip mobility and help maintain posture, important for carrying weight, preparing for delivery, and staying comfortable.Short but consistent sessions: While her pre-pregnancy sessions might have been 45+ minutes, during pregnancy she’s been doing about 35 minutes per day, enough to stay active, without over-straining. Holistic approach: For Aashka, prenatal yoga is not just physical exercise but also a way to stay calm, grounded, and emotionally connected with the baby. She has called it a “sacred sanctuary.”Aashka is more than a casual yoga lover, she’s tried advanced poses, body-balance postures, and even dynamic workouts. For instance, she has performed strong body-balancing yoga poses (like Padmabakasana) that work on strength, core stability, and flexibility. What we can learn from her: Fitness as lifestyle, not fadFitness doesn’t need to be extreme: Aashka shows how a 35-minute gentle yoga session can do wonders.Adapt with changing phases: Pre-pregnancy intensity → gentle prenatal yoga; balance, flexibility and self-awareness over pushing limits.Consistency & balance matter more than perfection: Regular short sessions + mental wellness + good support system.Fitness is holistic: Physical strength, mental peace, emotional balance, yoga (or any mindful workout) can deliver more than just toned muscles.Support helps: Having a coach/partner guiding you, especially during major life changes, makes a big difference. For many soon-to-be moms, and even women planning pregnancy later in life, Aashka’s story stands out: pregnancy doesn’t have to mean “put life on hold.” It can be about evolving, aligning body, mind and new beginnings.

Aashka Goradia Goble began her acting career in 2002 and went on to work in shows like Kkusum,…

[37
108715,108712,565,108714,134,111,139,69,108710,108711,108713
0":"post-166620","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-fitness","8":"tag-aashka-goradia-fitness","9":"tag-aashka-goradia-pregnancy","10":"tag-fitness","11":"tag-fitness-routine-at-40","12":"tag-health","13":"tag-new-zealand","14":"tag-newzealand","15":"tag-nz","16":"tag-prenatal-yoga","17":"tag-yoga-for-pregnant-women","18":"tag-yoga-lifestyle-benefits
["GET
