Just a few months ago, White spoke of how \u201cexcited\u201d he and Dobrev were to be planning their wedding.<\/p>\n
He told People: \u201cIt\u2019s very exciting to have new aspirations and new things that we\u2019re going after and together. It\u2019s very humbling and very exciting, and she\u2019s excited.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019ve gotten a lot of advice from different people who have planned their own weddings and things. So we\u2019re definitely gathering information and now trying to see what\u2019s going to work best for us in any way.\u201d<\/p>\n
White thought it was \u201cfun\u201d to be planning the \u201cnext chapter\u201d of their lives as a couple.<\/p>\n
The former Olympian shared: \u201cIt\u2019s like you took that next step and yeah, it\u2019s just a fun sort of planning phase of life.<\/p>\n

Dobrev previously revealed to Vogue magazine that they got engaged in New York City in late October and she \u201cfroze\u201d when White proposed.<\/p>\n
