Fitness coach Siddhartha Singh, who trained actor <a class=\"backlink\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.livemint.com\/news\/india\/samantha-ruth-prabhu-tamannaah-bhatia-and-rakul-preets-voter-ids-emerge-online-ahead-of-hyderabad-bypolls-11760698840592.html\" data-vars-page-type=\"story\" data-vars-link-type=\"Manual\" data-vars-anchor-text=\"Tamannaah Bhatia\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Tamannaah Bhatia<\/a>, recently opened up about the best time for workouts on his Instagram handle.<\/p>\n<p>Tamannaah Bhatia\u2019s coach on the best time to work out<\/p>\n<p>In a video on November 20, Tamannaah Bhatia\u2019s personal trainer, Siddhartha Singh, said there is no ideal time for workouts. He explained that the most important thing is to follow a routine and do your exercises.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt does not matter. Just because you\u2019ve read somewhere, or heard someone saying that morning workouts are better,\u201d Singh said in a video on Instagram.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMaybe one day you will skip your morning workout. And you don\u2019t work out in the evening [either]. That is just pulling you back on your fitness journey,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Siddhartha says people should \u201cwork out whenever you can\u201d. He added that they should \u201cget into the gym at least three to four days a week, and get your workouts done\u201d without fail.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt does not matter whether you work out in the morning or evening. Just get things done first, then worry about these small things,\u201d Siddhartha elaborated.<\/p>\n<p>Other gym myths you should ignore<\/p>\n<p>Siddhartha Singh says another misconception is that you must sweat during workouts to lose fat. \u201cIt does not matter how much you sweat,\u201d says Singh. It is the \u201camount of work you do in the gym\u201d that counts, he adds. He says it is crucial that you change the type of workouts you are doing every week to see results.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEither increase reps or sets to actually see results,\u201d he adds. \u201cToning up happens when fat goes down, and muscle goes up,\u201d Singh concludes.<\/p>\n<p>Exercise improves your mood. You may set yourself up for a good, productive day by waking up feeling upbeat and less prone to worry, as per health.com.
