Seems like Jennifer Aniston and her boyfriend<\/a> Jim Curtis are facing some tricky situations just a few months after making their relationship official on their social media.\u00a0According to sources, their work commitments and place of work are creating a subtle tension between the two. \u201cIt\u2019s a tough situation,\u201d a source told Star<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The tipster revealed that the \u201cFriends\u201d actress is settled in California, while her hypnotherapist boyfriend works and hosts workshops in New York City. Meanwhile, Aniston is not very fond of NYC.<\/p>\n

\u201cNew York City is not a place she wants to ever live permanently,\u201d revealed the source. \u201cIt\u2019s a nice place for Jen to visit, but she prefers the SoCal climate. That makes life tricky for Jim, who needs to be in New York a lot.\u201d<\/p>\n

The individual added that \u201cJen\u2019s adapting, but only to a point.\u201d But if her boyfriend \u201cwants to keep things going with Jen, he needs to scale up his work in Los Angeles as much as possible!\u201d \u201cJim needs to adjust his life to make things work,\u201d asserted the source.<\/p>\n

This is not the only time someone has spoken about Aniston\u2019s favorite place. In fact, during an interview on Australian radio\u2019s The Kyle and Jackie O Show in Sydney, the 56-year-old had spoken up about why she does not prefer NYC for living.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe tried New York. But it felt like I was [living] in a fishbowl,\u201d she said, as per PEOPLE<\/a>, referring to herself and ex, Justin Theroux. She even confessed that \u201cIt didn\u2019t feel like the New York I grew up in and knew.\u201d<\/p>\n
