{"id":176502,"date":"2025-12-10T03:02:08","date_gmt":"2025-12-10T03:02:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/176502\/"},"modified":"2025-12-10T03:02:08","modified_gmt":"2025-12-10T03:02:08","slug":"justin-timberlake-health-update-singer-doing-okay-with-lyme-disease","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/176502\/","title":{"rendered":"Justin Timberlake health update: Singer \u2018doing okay\u2019 with Lyme disease"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"WEeFTHfsBFTkKSx\" style=\"display:none\">Justin \u2013 who has two sons, Silas, 10, and Phineas, 5, with The Sinner actress \u2013 first told fans about his Lyme disease in July.<\/p>\n<p class=\"WEeFTHfsBFTkKSx\" style=\"display:none\">After the final show of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, which concluded in Istanbul on July 30, the SexyBack star said in a statement: \u201cI\u2019ve been battling some health issues, and was diagnosed with Lyme disease \u2013 which I don\u2019t say so you feel bad for me \u2013 but to shed some light on what I\u2019ve been up against behind the scenes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"WEeFTHfsBFTkKSx\" style=\"display:none\">In his statement, Justin added the diagnosis helped explain \u201cwhy [he] would be onstage and in a massive amount of nerve pain or, just feeling crazy fatigue or sickness\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"WEeFTHfsBFTkKSx\" style=\"display:none\">He said: \u201cI was faced with a personal decision. Stop touring? Or, keep going and figure it out\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"WEeFTHfsBFTkKSx\" style=\"display:none\">Justin, who first rose to fame as part of the boy band *NSYNC, opted to carry on with the gigs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"WEeFTHfsBFTkKSx\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cThe joy that performing brings me far outweighs the fleeting stress my body was feeling.
