Who Can Apply (Eligibility Criteria)<\/p>\n
To be eligible:<\/p>\n
You must be a founder or co-founder of a tech \/ digital startup.
\nYour startup must be based in any of the 9 Niger Delta states: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Imo, Ondo, or Rivers.
\nThe startup should have been operational for 6 months to 5 years.
