The cast of Percy Jackson and the Olympians<\/a> bring season two to London!<\/p>\n

Walker Scobell<\/a>, Leah Sava Jeffries<\/a> and Aryan Simhadri<\/a> pose together at the series\u2019 premiere event held at Picturehouse Central on Wednesday (December 10) in London. <\/p>\n

They were also joined by co-stars Charlie Bushnell<\/a>, Dior Goodjohn<\/a>, Daniel Diemer<\/a>, Tamara Smart<\/a> and Toby Stephens<\/a>, as well as author Rick Riordan<\/a> and wife Becky, who serve as executive producers. <\/p>\n

Just Jared recently caught up with the cast to chat about the second season, which just debuted the first two episodes on Disney+ and Hulu, and we found out what the most challenging part of filming was. <\/p>\n

\u201cI think it\u2019s a lot of action, and it\u2019s a lot of crazy things to believe in your mind, if that makes sense,\u201d Walker exclusively shared. \u201cAnd what made it a lot easier was that everything, for the most part, was there. Like, Laistrygonians, they were dudes covered in makeup and\u2026\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cIt was all practical,\u201d Charlie interjected. <\/p>\n

Dior added that for her, one of the most challenging aspects was the emotional part. <\/p>\n

\u201cPrepping yourself to be so vulnerable on camera,\u201d she told us. \u201cEven though I wouldn\u2019t consider it to be a challenge because I enjoyed it. It was healthily challenging, if that makes sense. Every challenge was a healthy one.\u201d <\/p>\n

Charlie also shared that he\u2019s never done a more deep dive into character research to understand them on a \u201csuper soulful level,\u201d as he did for season two, and the upcoming third season, which they are taking a break from filming to promote season two. <\/p>\n
