Developed by Alf Naman Development with Ascendant Capital Partners and designed by the architecture firm\u00a0Leroy Street Studio<\/a>, the building keeps its industrial roots intact while layering in clean, contemporary architecture. When complete, it will offer just seven residences, along with a full-time doorman, a private driveway with parking, a weight room, and an indoor sports court.<\/p>\n

\n\tConstruction is slated for completion in early 2027, but interest has been strong from the start. A majority of the residences entered contract before construction began, including the slightly smaller Penthouse West, which went into contract earlier this year with an asking price of $57.5 million.<\/p>\n
