The South African pop star posted a video of herself walking a tiger on a leash with effortless ease. The video, which she posted on Instagram with the caption \u201cTwin, is it Al or just 2 bad b\u2019s,\u201d has already gained more than 8 million views in a short time.<\/p>\n
Shortly after, comments were flooded with complaints that this video glorifies animal exploitation. For some people, this image went from a fashionable statement to a deeply disturbing one.<\/p>\n
One commenter said, \u201cIf you think this is aesthetic or any good, you\u2019re disgusting. This video is disgusting and so disturbing. Animals are not your aesthetic. And a wild animal on a leash?! Put the tiger back where it belongs.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cAnother commenter took a much more aggressive stance, pointing a finger at the industry in which acts such as this one are perpetuated, saying, \u201cThis is animal exploitation.
