Imagine if someone in your group chat was seen kissing Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet<\/a> in Central Park. Chaos, right? That\u2019s exactly what happened in Gwyneth Paltrow\u2019s<\/a> mom group chats last year and, based on her version of the story, it still hasn\u2019t really recovered.<\/p>\n In October 2024, paparazzi photos of Paltrow and Chalamet kissing while filming Marty Supreme<\/a> surfaced online and apparently caused her group chats to descend into pandemonium. \u201cAll my mom group texts were like, oh my God!\u201d she told Jimmy Fallon<\/a> a month after the photos dropped. \u201cThey were on fire.\u201d Paltrow also told Entertainment Tonight<\/a> that the chats were \u201cblowing up.\u201d Now, as the actress is doing press for the release of the film, it sounds like her group chats are still in disarray.<\/p>\n Earlier this month, she again described the chaotic aftermath of the kissing photos hitting the internet. \u201cI have my L.A. mom close friends and my English mummy friends, and they were all texting me,\u201d she told The Hollywood Reporter<\/a>. \u201cThey know I don\u2019t look at any rubbish sites, so they\u2019re all sending me these pictures, like, \u2018Yessss, G.P!\u2019 Everyone was thrilled.\u201d<\/p>\n Then on Monday, she appeared on Good Morning America<\/a> where she brought up how the moms were \u201cpretty stoked\u201d about the whole thing. \u201cMy British school moms, too,\u201d she added. \u201cIt was like a global event, apparently.\u201d I would love to know what these ladies thought of the Coldplay couple<\/a>.<\/p>\n Paltrow brought a few members of her mommy group chat on the Goop podcast<\/a> back in May to yap about parenthood and how having a child allows a mother to \u201cbirth into\u201d themselves.
