And he said, \u2018Auckland, yep, which one\u2019s your bags?\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"vUWuwjCGukMuO\" style=\"display:none\">Alberino was \u201cfurious\u201d as she claimed InterCity didn\u2019t initially acknowledge the mistake.<\/p>\n<p class=\"vUWuwjCGukMuO\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cThey [the girls] had no idea where they were, they had no idea what to do, their phones were flat, if they didn\u2019t even know my phone number, what would they have done?\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img  alt=\"Erin Alberino's daughters were supposed to be dropped off near Sky City in central Auckland but were instead stranded in Manukau.
