Dylan<\/a> has found a lot of success since his career skyrocketed this year after winning The Traitors<\/a> and placing as a finalist on DWTS.\u00a0<\/p>\n NBC<\/a> was hoping to tap into that charm and infectious personality when Dylan was chosen to host the live pre-show<\/a>; however, things did not seem to go entirely according to plan.<\/p>\n \u201cDylan looked frustrated throughout the live show portion, like he knew he could do better, and it looked like he was stressing producers out, too.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cMore than once, he missed his cue, and the producers behind the cameras had to talk to him in their mics and remind him to be more emotive.<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t LOSING THEIR VOICE<\/p>\n The Voice coach will NOT return to show after feeling \u2018upset\u2019 at finale<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t<\/a> \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t WON DIRECTION<\/p>\n Niall Horan’s raw off-camera reaction to winning The Voice revealed<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cThey said a few times he was \u2018too stiff\u2019 and told he \u2018needed to loosen up,\u2019\u201d an insider exclusively told The U.S. Sun.\u00a0<\/p>\n The insider went on to explain that NBC is \u201cset\u201d on making Dylan a big star following the positive attention he received on the network\u2019s streaming platform, Peacock<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cBecause of how successful he was on Traitors, they know he\u2019s got it in him but they can\u2019t just throw him to the wolves.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cGive him some training or classes or something before throwing him onto the gigs, it\u2019s almost unfair.\u00a0He didn\u2019t fully deliver tonight but I\u2019m sure he\u2019ll be back, they love him,\u201d they added.\u00a0<\/p>\n FRESH VOICES\u00a0<\/p>\n Just ahead of the season 28 two-night finale, it was announced on Monday that Dylan and Ariana, 40, were hosting the live pre-show.\u00a0<\/p>\n While Ariana has experience after being the Love Island USA<\/a>\u00a0host for the past few seasons, this was the first time Dylan had performed the role. <\/p>\n They made their Voice debut just hours before night one of the finale, as Ariana stunned with her\u00a0brand-new brunette hair<\/a>. <\/p>\n \u201cYour sign to tune in early!\u201d the caption of their first promo read.<\/p>\n Ariana and Dylan recapped performances from Monday night, checked in with the artists who remain in the competition, and connected with some of this season\u2019s guest performers.<\/p>\n They took over the hosting role from Carson Daly<\/a>, who has been helming the regular episodes every season since the show premiered. <\/p>\n Guest performers for the live TV finale included Noah Cyrus, Zac Brown, Riley Green, and Khalid. <\/p>\n Though The U.S. Sun exclusively reported that\u00a0many of the guest performances were quietly pre-taped<\/a>\u00a0ahead of the live finale.<\/p>\n The star-studded night ended with Team Niall Horan\u2019s finalist, Aiden Ross, being crowned as the latest champion of the singing competition. <\/p>\n Season 28\u2019s judges include Niall, as well as Reba McEntire<\/a>, Snoop Dogg<\/a>, and Michael Buble<\/a>
