There’s never been a milestone the KarJenners didn’t celebrate to the fullest, and last night, the occasion was the Kylie Cosmetics<\/a> holiday party, held at Casa Vega in Los Angeles. The eye-catching halter neckline framed her shoulders before opening into a fully bare back, while sheer chiffon and satin layers softened the body-hugging silhouette.<\/p>\n The flirty skirt part of the dress was made to appear light and fluid, giving the dress a sense of effortless ease despite its high-impact color and texture. The focal point, of course, was all in the showgirl-esque feather detailing. Vintage pink plumes traced the neckline, curved around the hips, and appeared again at the back.
