During a recent interaction, Ananya opened up about body positivity and her personal approach towards it.In an interview with Brut India, the actress shared that she has always spoken openly about self-acceptance and confidence. She said, \u201cI have always been very, very vocal about the fact that we have to have a very strong sense of self and be confident in whatever shape and size we are. As a girl, you go through so many changes in your body. It\u2019s like every month, you have your periods and you feel bloated. There are so many different phases we go through, so I have always been open about it.” <\/p>\n

She went on to give a candid glimpse into how she listens to her body and stays honest about her comfort. \u201cLike today, I have my period, so I was like, I don\u2019t want to wear anything too tight. I\u2019m just going to be in jeans and will try to be as chill as possible. I speak very honestly about how I\u2019m feeling. I don\u2019t get into over-editing photos or touching them up,” Ananya added.Talking about fitness and physical transformation for roles, Ananya explained that she follows a strict routine only when required for a film. She said, \u201cWhen it comes to the film Tu Meri Main Tera, everyone\u2019s like, \u2018Oh, you look so fit,\u2019 and I\u2019m like, \u2018Yeah, I worked for it. It\u2019s not like I am naturally like that.\u2019 I had to follow a very strict diet, and I was working out every single day. Now I don\u2019t have to be a certain way for a role, so I\u2019m enjoying my food.”The trailer of Tu Meri Main Tera Tu Meri introduces the lead characters as two individuals who cross paths while vacationing at the same destination. What begins as a casual friendship soon blossoms into love, accompanied by an emotional turn that adds depth to their relationship.
