Williams, 51, said he\u2019d try to pop in and visit Norma in person when he visits the UK next, to which she responded, \u201cI\u2019d be king of the castle\u201d.<\/p>\n
The special moment was arranged by fitness influencer Bailey Greetham, who runs health and wellbeing classes with the residents at Humberston House Care Home in North East Lincolnshire.<\/p>\n
The home arranged for Norma to attend a Robbie Williams tribute show, however, Norma told Greetham she was \u201cupset because it\u2019s not the real Robbie\u201d.<\/p>\n
Greetham told the BBC he happened to have video recording equipment handy and recorded a video of Norma talking about her \u201clife\u2019s wish\u201d to meet \u201cour Robbie\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe put it on the internet and it got a million views and Robbie was tagged 5000 times,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
The \u201cheart-warming\u201d clip eventually reached Williams via his daughter, helping turn the moment into reality.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe actually made it happen,\u201d Greetham wrote in an Instagram post, acknowledging his followers for their part in creating the viral moment.<\/p>\n
He said Norma and Williams chatted for more than 20 minutes and called the singer, \u201cthe most genuine caring guy we\u2019ve met\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cI was absolutely amazed, I really was surprised,\u201d Norma said.<\/p>\n
\u201cNothing like this has happened to me before.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cRobbie still doesn\u2019t realise how special he is to everyone,\u201d one Facebook user wrote about the viral moment.<\/p>\n
\u201cJust a minute out of your day can change someone\u2019s life, well done Robbie,\u201d another wrote.<\/p>\n
The Angels singer ended off the call telling Norma he hoped to catch up with Norma in 2026.<\/p>\n
\u201cHopefully, if I\u2019m still alive,\u201d she joked.<\/p>\n
