Acting Detective Senior Sergeant John Love said four men aged between 25-37 have been arrested. <\/p>\n

\u201cThey are due to appear in Gisborne District [Court] in January and are facing charges of aggravated robbery, and firearm and drug related matters,\u201d Love said.<\/p>\n

\u201cDuring the search warrants, police located and seized a number of items including firearms, which have been sent for forensic examination.\u201d<\/p>\n

Police were not ruling out further charges for the arrested men, or further arrests.<\/p>\n

\u201cNobody deserves this, and the investigation team remains committed to getting justice for Mr Maangi and his family. <\/p>\n

\u201cWe urge anyone who knows what happened to him or who has any information that could help, to please contact us.\u201d<\/p>\n
