The most delicious gift is a mystery being solved, and now we are one inch closer to finding out what happened to Tommy Shelby. Besides winning an Oscar<\/a>. He\u2019s had a busy break, ya know! Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man<\/a>, the upcoming Netflix movie bringing Cillian Murphy<\/a> back across the pond, is giving us a holiday treat: a teaser for Tommy\u2019s big comeback. In the trailer below, Shelby\u2019s leaving what seems to be an abandoned building with a graveyard, where he exiled himself, and heading back into civilization. \u201cWhatever happened to Tommy Shelby, the famous gyspy gangster?\u201d a narrator asks, before the trailer cuts to car crashes, shootouts, and underground Nazis. \u201cI\u2019m not that man anymore,\u201d Shelby answers. Unfortunately, there\u2019s only one man in a newsboy cap who can bring peace to Birmingham, and that\u2019s Tommy.<\/p>\n

Shelby returns to Birmingham in the middle of World War II in 1940 at the order of the Peaky Blinders. \u201cThe country is at war, and so, of course, are our Peaky Blinders,\u201d series creator Steven Knight told Netflix<\/a>. \u201cIt will be an explosive chapter in the Peaky Blinders story. No holds barred. Full-on Peaky Blinders at war.\u201d The Immortal Man heads to select cinemas on March 6, with a streaming release on Netflix on March 20.<\/p>\n
