BRYCE Fullwood<\/a> is preparing to launch his own business as he drops off the full-time Repco Supercars Championship grid in 2026.<\/p>\n

Fullwood has been a fixture in the main game for each of the past six seasons \u2013 i.e. ever since he won the 2019 Super2 title.<\/p>\n

But after losing the #14 Brad Jones Racing seat to Cameron Hill<\/a>, Fullwood faces at least one year on the sidelines.<\/p>\n

He in fact remains the highest-profile free agent in the Ryco Enduro Cup co-driving stakes, having seen fellow finishing full-timers James Courtney<\/a>, Nick Percat<\/a>, Will Davison<\/a>, Richie Stanaway<\/a> and Jaxon Evans<\/a> all lock down their places in The Bend 500 and Bathurst 1000.<\/p>\n

There is every chance Fullwood could yet end up sticking around at BJR as Andr\u00e9 Heimgartner<\/a>\u2019s co-driver, but while the wait for an answer there continues, what\u2019s certain is Fullwood has other things cooking.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m in the midst of starting a business,\u201d he revealed to V8 Sleuth late last month.<\/p>\n

\u201cI guess outside of racing I have always been into building cars and whatnot.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve always built a lot of custom stuff, I\u2019m very hands-on with building whatever I do, I don\u2019t outsource very much.<\/p>\n

\u201cOver the years I have kind of made a lot of custom parts that I\u2019ve only made for myself, that I\u2019ve made because someone else doesn\u2019t make or they don\u2019t do a good job of, or whatever.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo I kind of have got all these parts that I\u2019ve already made and have put the effort into, so it\u2019s pretty easy to make more and it\u2019s what I\u2019m pretty good at doing.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo that\u2019s kind of going to be the business \u2013 it will be that along with 3D modelling, 3D printing, CNC machining, all that sort of stuff.\u201d<\/p>\n
