One of them is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sammobile.com\/news\/scammers-target-samsung-community-samsung-members\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Samsung Members<\/a>. In this app, the brand makes announcements and shares news, and it lets you post complaints, discuss, communicate with other Samsung users, check your device\u2019s hardware for issues, and reach Samsung support. Unfortunately, yesterday, the app stopped working. Well, the company has acknowledged the issue and seems to have restored the platform.\n<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, a few Samsung Members app users <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/oneui\/comments\/1pydcrr\/removed_by_moderator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">complained<\/a> on Samsung Community and Reddit that when they tried to open the app, it didn\u2019t start. On some devices, tapping the app icon brought a pop-up saying \u201cSamsung Members isn\u2019t supported by your phone\u2019s system software.\u201d On others, there was a pop-up saying \u201cServer error. Try again later.\u201d Some users claim that the issue started after installing the December 2025 security patch.\n<\/p>\n<p>Earlier today, Samsung, on its Community forum, <a href=\"https:\/\/r1.community.samsung.com\/t5\/samsung-members\/%EA%B3%B5%EC%A7%80-%EC%82%BC%EC%84%B1-%EB%A9%A4%EB%B2%84%EC%8A%A4-%EC%95%B1-%EC%A0%91%EC%86%8D-%EC%95%88%EB%90%A8-%ED%98%84%EC%83%81-%EC%95%88%EB%82%B4\/td-p\/36359544\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">acknowledged<\/a> the issue that some people aren\u2019t able to open the Samsung Members app and said that the brand is working on solving the problem. The company also sent a notice in the Samsung Members about it.\n<\/p>\n<p>Fortunately, since a few hours ago, people have started commenting on those posts, and the notice that the South Korean tech giant has fixed the problem and Samsung Members is now working smoothly.
