Racing NSW announce plans to appoint an administrator to ATC <\/p>\n
The divide between Racing NSW and the Australian Turf Club was laid bare in December with the regulator announcing its intentions to appoint an administrator to NSW’s major race club. The decision followed a “show-cause” notice being issued to the club in September over “financial and governance issues”. The ATC was successful in staving off the immediate appointment of an administrator in the Supreme Court with the matter set to return in February.
