Dean Orr has been appointed team manager, Carly Hammersley has been elevated from commercial manager to chief operating officer, and John Booker has been named chief financial officer.<\/p>\n

\u201cErebus doesn\u2019t change what it is,\u201d said Erebus Motorsport founder Betty Klimenko.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis team is built on belief, commitment, hard work, fight and passion.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat matters is having the right people in the right roles to support that.<\/p>\n

\u201cCarly and Dean both bring strength, clarity and accountability.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey work hard, they tell it straight, and they put the team first.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s what I expect, and that\u2019s what Erebus has always been about.\u201d<\/p>\n

The team has also confirmed the departure of Bradley Packham. He was affectionately known as \u201cB2\u201d within the organisation alongside former team principal Brad \u201cB1\u201d Tremain.<\/p>\n

The team said Packham will step away from motorsport to spend more time with his family.<\/p>\n

\u201cB2 has given a huge amount to Erebus over many years. He\u2019s part of the Erebus story and always will be,\u201d said Erebus Motorsport CEO Barry Ryan.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe wish him nothing but the best but knowing him, just like B1, we\u2019re pretty sure we\u2019ll see him pop up for the odd cameo appearance down the track,\u201d<\/p>\n

Orr has experience at Dick Johnson Racing and was a key link between Erebus Motorsport and Image Racing\u2019s program in the Super2 Series.<\/p>\n

\u201cDean is no-nonsense, experienced and passionate \u2013 exactly what Erebus is about,\u201d said Ryan.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe understands people, he understands racing, and he leads by example.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s a great fit for our crew and will help lift us to where we want to be.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cErebus is a team that wears its heart on its sleeve,\u201d<\/p>\n

Orr added: \u201cThere\u2019s real passion here, but also honesty about the work required to succeed. I\u2019m looking forward to getting stuck in and contributing to what this team is building.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hammersley\u2019s promotion will see her take on responsibilities for non-performance parts of the team.<\/p>\n

That will include operations, partnerships, communications, administration, and long-term planning.<\/p>\n

\u201cCarly gets Erebus. She understands the sport, she understands the business, and she understands our people,\u201d Ryan continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cHaving people working alongside you that you can trust is vital, and having her take charge of the non-performance side means the whole team is aligned and focused.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s incredibly important for where we\u2019re heading.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hammersley added: \u201cWhen I joined Erebus, I knew immediately it was where I was supposed to be. I care deeply about this team and where we want to take it.<\/p>\n

\u201cWorking alongside Betty (Klimenko), Barry and Dean, my focus is making sure the business supports the racing and that we\u2019re set up the right way for what\u2019s ahead.\u201d<\/p>\n

Erebus Motorsport will go into the 2026 Repco Supercars Championship with Cooper Murray alongside Super2 Series graduate Jobe Stewart.<\/p>\n
