Twelve South is one of my favorite Apple accessory makers<\/a>, and as CES 2026 kicks off this week, it has announced an addition to its product line: the Twelve South Valet.<\/p>\n

The Valet is described as a \u201cwireless charging station and personal essentials tray.\u201d Think of it as a place to drop your phone, keys, wallet, and other essentials \u2014\u00a0and charge your phone at the same time.<\/p>\n

The Twelve South Valet\u2019s built-in wireless charger is Qi2 compatible and supports up to 15W of wireless charging for your iPhone or AirPods. There\u2019s also a built-in 15W USB-C port to charge a different accessory of your choosing.<\/p>\n

Twelve South says the Valet is built from \u201csupple Nappa leather and refined metal framing.\u201d The company explains:<\/p>\n

Built as a beautiful home object first and a sophisticated wireless charger second, Valet blends warm materials with modern precision to create a calmer, more intentional form factor that works in any place in the home \u2013 from the entryway console to the kitchen to the nightstand.<\/p>\n

The soft, square charging pad aligns with the leather tray\u2019s architectural lines. At the same time, the weighted zinc alloy base keeps everything grounded and organized. Phones, keys, watches, and wallets all find a natural home within the tray.<\/p>\n

The Twelve South Valet is also customizable. It\u2019s available with Black or Taupe Nappa leather, and the outer frame is removable. For the outer frame, you can choose between black, taupe, brown, and ecru colors and swap between them based on your environment. You can also position Valet in four different ways, so you can place your iPhone on the left or right, or turn the tray to portrait orientation for narrow spaces.<\/p>\n

One design touch that sounds great is the Goodnight Glow, which will pulse to confirm that your iPhone or Apple Watch is charging, then fade out after eight seconds.<\/p>\n

The Twelve South Valet doesn\u2019t come cheap, though. It\u2019s clearly billed as a luxury accessory (\u201cmodern heirloom\u201d) and is available to pre-order now for $179.99<\/a>.<\/p>\n
