\n 2025 may have marked the end of the road for the Fitness Factory gym, but not for one of its founders, Gemma Webster.\n<\/p>\n
\n January 3 marked the start of Gem’s Fitness – Ms Webster’s new business delivering fitness classes at venues in Norton, Stourbridge, Pedmore and Hagley.\n<\/p>\n
\n From ‘Boogie Bounce’ trampoline fitness classes and ‘Combat Core’ HIIT-style classes to ‘Pump and Pilates’ sessions and ‘Stretch and Flex’ classes, Ms Webster is offering something for everyone.\n<\/p>\n
\n From kids to seniors and people of every age in between, there is something on offer for people of all walks of life to keep fit and have fun.\n<\/p>\n
\n Ms Webster said: “I\u2019m really excited to be starting the new chapter of my fitness business as Gem\u2019s Fitness.\n<\/p>\n
\n “We are lucky to have some amazing venues in and around Stourbridge that I can use for my fitness classes, which has made this next step an exciting one!”\n<\/p>\n
\n She added: “I have over 20 years experience teaching fitness classes for children and adults and I feel privileged to do a job I love. \u00a0\n<\/p>\n
\n “I believe that fitness should be fun, it should\u00a0focus on\u00a0physical and mental health, and it should embrace the amazing community it creates.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
