\u201cI was nuts for Easy A, and I really should have gotten it, right? The movie could have turned out\u00a0great,\u201d she jokingly added of the box office and critical hit.<\/p>\n

Explaining that she had no formal acting training, Lawrence said it led to some unique, and even embarrassing, audition experiences.<\/p>\n \u201cI didn’t do, like, [acting] classes or lessons, so when I started auditioning, I was just, you know, learning myself and teaching myself with no real feedback,\u201d she recalled.<\/p>\n \u201cSo I remember one of my first auditions, I was doing this [covers part of her face with her hand] \u2014 which I thought was brilliant because it’s so realistic.
