{"id":246585,"date":"2026-01-22T19:06:08","date_gmt":"2026-01-22T19:06:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/246585\/"},"modified":"2026-01-22T19:06:08","modified_gmt":"2026-01-22T19:06:08","slug":"gwyneth-paltrow-shares-anxiety-tips-from-gratitude-to-shouting-at-bushes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/246585\/","title":{"rendered":"Gwyneth Paltrow shares anxiety tips, from gratitude to shouting at bushes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"AaByrilogD\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cI\u2019m over-functioned and burnt out, but I\u2019m trying to get a little bit better this year at that and really prioritising sleep and boundaries around working and not working, but I have some work to do.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"AaByrilogD\" style=\"display:none\">In November 2025, the Marvel star opened up on feeling like she\u2019s \u201cpulled in lots of directions\u201d and how even just a bad work email can be \u201ca slap in the face\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"AaByrilogD\" style=\"display:none\">Speaking on the Goop podcast, she said: \u201cI\u2019ve lived a very intense life in the public eye for a really, really long time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"AaByrilogD\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cAnd so I think whenever we\u2019re at the mercy of people\u2019s opinions and all the energy behind the opinions \u2013 I\u2019m very sensitive, as most of us are \u2013 so I feel that and it kind of frays my nervous system.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"AaByrilogD\" style=\"display:none\">Paltrow also pointed to the way her changing hormones are having an impact.<\/p>\n<p class=\"AaByrilogD\" style=\"display:none\">She explained: \u201cI think also my hormonal phase of life, I have a lot of anxiety for the very first time in my life, which is just a symptom of hormonal changes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"AaByrilogD\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cI think it\u2019s an estrogen dominance thing.
