Milo Manheim<\/a> is revealing just how late he found he booked his role in the upcoming live-action Tangled<\/a> movie.<\/p>\n

The 24-year-old Disney Channel star was cast in the live-action Disney movie <\/a>earlier this month as Flynn Rider, and there was speculation that he was keeping his casting a secret, but that wasn\u2019t the case at all!<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s important the world knows this! People think that I booked this like a long time ago and I\u2019ve been keeping it a secret,\u201d he told Entertainment Weekly<\/a> in a new interview. \u201cI found out 10 minutes before the news was released that I\u2019d be playing Flynn. So that day was \u2014 I woke up, just like any other day, and by the end of the day\u2026 it was beautiful. The world knew, it was great.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt feels like thousands of people just got this role, it feels so genuinely happy,\u201d Milo added. \u201cMy skin was like tingling that day. I was just flooded with dopamine, love, and everything.<\/p>\n

Milo noted that he \u201ccan\u2019t wait\u201d to get started whenever production begins. <\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m gonna really honor this movie and this role,\u201d he shared. \u201cI love Tangled, so here we go. Adventure of a lifetime.\u201d<\/p>\n

Milo is, of course, no stranger to starring in movie musicals, as he has played zombie Zed in all four of Disney\u2019s Zombies<\/a> movies.<\/p>\n

In addition, last year he starred in the off-Broadway production<\/a> of Little Shop of Horrors alongside Elizabeth Gillies<\/a>, and he starred in a Deaf West production of American Idiot<\/a> in Los Angeles, as well as last year\u2019s Hollywood Bowl production of Jesus Christ Superstar with Cynthia Erivo<\/a> and Adam Lambert<\/a>.<\/p>\n
