The 2nd Global Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) will take place on Thursday 5 February 2026 at 2pm GMT (3am New Zealand Time), streamed live to a worldwide audience. <\/p>\n

The prestigious event brings together the winners of 14 categories from around the world to compete for the prestigious Global OSPA.<\/p>\n

Celebrating outstanding achievement, innovation and leadership in security, the annual event highlights organisations and individuals whose work is making difference to safety and resilience across the globe. The winners will be revealed live during the broadcast.<\/p>\n

As a finalist, organisations and individuals are encouraged to join the live stream to discover if they are a winner. A virtual afterparty will follow the ceremony, offering a chance to celebrate with fellow finalists and winners and to network with leading figures from across the sector globally.<\/p>\n

This year sees winners of the 2025 New Zealand OSPAs again representing their country on the world stage, including the following finalists:<\/p>\n

Outstanding Contract Security Company (Guarding) \u2013 FIRST Security<\/p>\n

Outstanding Security Training Initiative \u2013 National Training Programme created by Michelle Macdonald \u2013 Secureflight<\/p>\n

Outstanding Security Installer\/Integrator \u2013 Advanced Security Group<\/p>\n

Outstanding Security Partnership \u2013 Asset Upgrade Project \u2013 Optic Security Group and Te Herenga Waka \u2013 Victoria University Wellington<\/p>\n

Outstanding Security Officer \u2013 Shaun Laifone \u2013 Global Security<\/p>\n
