Long live Andrea Swift and Donna Kelce\u2019s heartwarming friendship.<\/p>\n

The duo\u2014whose respective kids, Taylor Swift<\/a> and Travis Kelce<\/a>, got engaged in August\u2014braved the winter weather for a sweet moms\u2019 day out in Park City, Utah, Jan. 25, during the 2026 Sundance Film Festival.<\/p>\n

Both women were dressed for the chilly temperatures, with Donna, 73, sporting a long gray puffer coat, black gloves and a green scarf. As for Andrea, 68, she wore an embroidered black knit cardigan with white trim and matching boots as she wrapped her arm around the Traitors <\/a>star to pose for a photo.<\/p>\n

The heartwarming outing isn\u2019t the first time Andrea and Donna have enjoyed quality time together ahead of their kids\u2019 impending nuptials. In fact, the matriarchs\u2014along with Patrick Mahomes<\/a>\u2019 mom Randi Mahomes\u2014previously bonded during a dinner excursion<\/a> in September, which Randi documented with a sweet snap shared on social media.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was looking at the headlines,\u201d she explained to Taylor, also 36, during episode five of The Eras Tour: End of an Era documentary. \u201cPerusing around what\u2019s on the internet, I see that this guy came to your show and he brought a friendship bracelet and wants to meet you.\u201d<\/p>\n

But ever the protective parent, Andrea had to be sure the three-time Super Bowl champion was a worthy suitor for her daughter.<\/p>\n

\u201cI called up my resident expert on the Kansas City Chiefs, my cousin Robin, and I go, \u2018Tell me about this guy Travis Kelce,\u2019\u201d she continued. \u201cShe goes, \u2018Oh my gosh! He\u2019s the nicest guy, and you know what? He really loves his mom.\u2019 I went, \u2018Ding, ding, ding.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

When is Taylor Swift going to marry Travis Kelce?<\/p>\n

It’s impossible to picture Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce getting married on a day that isn’t laden with meaning for both\u2014or at least for the bride.<\/p>\n

“I love numerology. I love math stuff, I love dates,” the renowned triskaidekaphile gushed on the Aug. 13 episode of New Heights, her unprecedented two-hour appearance on her fianc\u00e9’s podcast dropping 13 days before they announced their engagement (but, according to Travis’ dad, three days after they informed close friends and family of their new relationship status). “That stuff I find really fun.”<\/p>\n

Whether Travis remains in the NFL after the 2025 season\u2014the final year under his current contract\u2014will also factor into choosing a wedding date. If he doesn\u2019t retire, then theirs will be off-season nuptials, anytime between the Super Bowl in February and when training camp starts in July.<\/p>\n

If Travis does hang up his helmet after his 13th season (whoa, OK, that’s just weird), then he’s free to tie the knot during Taylor’s beloved month of October. Or any other time, though the scheduling picture will become clearer once fans know when\u2014or if\u2014Taylor announces a tour for The Life of a Showgirl, which dropped Oct. 3.<\/p>\n

The Bachelorette Party<\/p>\n

While Taylor is known for having a celebrity-heavy squad, she admitted in October 2025 that she had yet to consider any bachelorette party plans.<\/p>\n

“You would think that I had been that type of person who would have obsessed over the idea of a wedding my whole life,” she said on the U.K.’s Heart Breakfast, “but I actually never thought about what I would ever do or what I would want\u2014until I met the person.”<\/p>\n

“So, I haven’t actually even thought about doing a hen do,” she noted, invoking the British slang. “This is the first time I have thought about that.”<\/p>\n

Plus, she added of her gal pals, “They’re so fun but they’re so busy.”<\/p>\n

The Dress<\/p>\n

When Taylor picks out a white dress, it’s going to be one to remember.<\/p>\n

Minus the price tags on her designer ensembles and deceptively simple-looking jewelry, the singer’s style is relatable-chic, so we’re picturing classic-with-a-twist from the likes of Oscar de la Renta, Elie Saab, Louis Vuitton, Zuhair Murad or J. Mendel, all longtime favorite labels.<\/p>\n

Then, after she takes her vows in an elegant gown, the 5-foot-10 bride will surely change into a party dress more conducive to dancing all night.<\/p>\n

And we eagerly await to see her nods to something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue.<\/p>\n

But no less a wedding dress authority than Vera Wang predicted<\/a> multiple looks and that Taylor “will be in lace of some sort.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Groom’s Attire<\/p>\n

Travis does fashion, too, so he is going to have fun with his wedding suit, whatever form it may take.<\/p>\n

The fact that he wore shorts to propose (it was a sticky August in Kansas, people) prompted some online dares for him to also wear an elevated pair of short pants down the aisle. But that would be quite the subversive move and he likely doesn\u2019t want to steal attention from the girl standing in a nice dress next to him.<\/p>\n

Although, if showing off his knees was important to him\u2026<\/p>\n

Assuring that she did not have a tuxedo picked out for her future husband already, Taylor told Cosmopolitan in 2012, “I don’t want him to wonder if it even matters if he’s there.”<\/p>\n

The Guests<\/p>\n

Family is everything to Taylor and Travis, so the VIPs automatically include their respective parents and brothers. Presumable best man Jason Kelce also shares at least two flower girl-age daughters, Wyatt and Elliotte, with wife Kylie Kelce\u2014though depending on when the big day is, little sister Bennett could grow into the role as well. (Alas, baby Finnley will probably have to sleep this one out.)<\/p>\n

We’ll see which of Travis’ Kansas City Chiefs teammates make the cut, but he was a groomsman at QB Patrick Mahomes’ 2022 wedding to Brittany Mahomes, so at the very least one boy from the football team should be there, in addition to coach Andy Reid<\/a>. He also has a loyal coterie of pals he’s been cultivating since his Cleveland Heights days, so that golf-and-beer-centric bachelor party is gonna be lit.<\/p>\n

As for the bride, childhood bestie Abigail Anderson has remained a mainstay in Taylor’s life. And, while her famed squad has evolved over the years, Selena Gomez is still in the inner sourdough-gifting circle, as are Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, despite rumors they’ve fallen out amid the actress’ legal battle.<\/p>\n

Not to mention, speaking of potential flower girls, Taylor is godmother to Blake and Ryan’s daughters.<\/p>\n

It also isn’t hard to picture someone close to the couple getting ordained and officiating the ceremony, though we aren’t laying money on Flavor Flav<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Music<\/p>\n

Addressing the band vs. DJ question, Travis said on the Sept. 17 episode of New Heights, “I think we’re live music kind of people, you know?”<\/p>\n

Ugh, we knew it, we’re so on the same page.<\/p>\n

And whether or not she takes the night off from performing, the bride has quite a few friends who know their way around a microphone. (We’re especially looking at you, Haim.)<\/p>\n

But Taylor joked it “would be hard to keep” Ed Sheeran from performing at her wedding. <\/p>\n

“It’s like, ‘Ed, if there’s a stage, you know that you’ll be on it,'” she said during her Hits Radio interview<\/a> in October 2025. “He knows what people want and he wants to give people what they want.”<\/p>\n

The Rings<\/p>\n

Taylor may love Travis so much she’d marry him with paper rings, but that won’t be the case.<\/p>\n

Once again, if he keeps playing, he may have one of those sporty flexible wedding bands in rotation, but otherwise the scene has been set with the Old Mine Brilliant Cut diamond\u2014by Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine Jewelry\u2014that Travis picked out for his fianc\u00e9e<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The engagement ring features an elongated center diamond flanked on each side by smaller diamonds, all set in custom-engraved yellow gold\u2014and a perfect match for the $27,300 Cartier watch Taylor was wearing when he proposed.<\/p>\n

Just how massive will this white veil occasion be?<\/p>\n

Taylor indicated<\/a> on The Graham Norton Show in October that she didn’t want the stress of having to cut names from the guest list, explaining that whittling it down meant having to “evaluate or assess your relationship” with people.<\/p>\n

And, she added, “I’m not gonna do that.”<\/p>\n

Avowed Swiftie Nikki Glaser predicted a “big” wedding, telling E! News at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards<\/a>, “It has to be. It’s all been leading to this.”<\/p>\n

At the same time, the comedian reasoned, since Taylor “gets to be a bride every day,” attention-wise, the wedding will likely be as private as humanly possible.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe just wants to celebrate with all her family and friends, and she’s got a lot of them,” Nikki noted. “I look forward to the helicopter photos that will ruin her day somehow by hovering above.”<\/p>\n

Once the newlyweds have driven off into the sunset, however, there’s no universe in which Taylor doesn\u2019t start sharing scenes from her big day with her devoted fans.<\/p>\n
