Kendall Jenner<\/a> plays her cards right when it comes to love. <\/p>\n

The Kardashians star leaned into the viral internet rumor that she and her sisters cause their boyfriends\u2019 sports failures in a new Fanatics Sportsbook ad for the Super Bowl 2026. <\/p>\n

\u201cHaven\u2019t you heard?\u201d Kendall asks in the ad, which will officially air as the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks face off Feb. 8. \u201cThe internet says I\u2019m cursed.\u201d<\/p>\n

The model, who sports a robe in a lavish beachside mansion, takes a sip of a cup of tea that has a rose embellishment on it\u2014which hilariously wilts as she takes a sip. <\/p>\n

\u201cAny basketball player who dates me,\u201d Kendall continues as she lights a match and throws it into a basket of NBA jerseys, \u201ckind of hits a rough patch.\u201d<\/p>\n

As the 30-year-old\u2014who has previously dated Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker and LA Clippers alum Blake Griffin \u2014walks through the house filled with portraits of her and past boyfriends (with their faces conveniently burned or ripped out), she jokes, \u201cWhile the world has been talking about it, I\u2019ve been betting on it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Indeed, the super model shows off her lavish lifestyle further, joking, \u201cHow else do you think I could afford all of this? Modeling?\u201d<\/p>\n

Later, she shows off a vintage convertible joking that it was funded by her next dalliance. <\/p>\n

In the most pointed nod to the theory, she finishes off the commercial adding, \u201cKardashian Curse\u2026it\u2019s not even my last name.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kendall\u2019s cheeky Super Bowl ad isn\u2019t the first time a Kardashian has addressed their supposed likelihood to bring bad luck to their boyfriends. In a 2016 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians<\/a>, Kourtney Kardashian\u2019s ex Scott Disick attempted to \u201cpurge\u201d himself of the curse by hiring a medium, which left Kourtney visibly confused, and sister Kim Kardashian \u201coffended.\u201d<\/p>\n

Khloe Kardashian, for her part, slammed the rumor in 2018 while she was still dating NBA player Tristan Thompson. Responding to a fan who claimed he didn\u2019t want her to marry Thompson\u2014with whom she shares True, 7, and Tatum, 3\u2014Khloe wrote in a post on X<\/a>, \u201cOnly stupid people believe stupid rumors.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Kylie Jenner\u2014who is currently dating Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet\u2014admitted she saw some truth to the curse, but believed it said more about the sisters\u2019 exes than themselves. <\/p>\n

As she told GQ<\/a> in 2018, \u201cThey come and can’t handle it.\u201d<\/p>\n

“For me, a lot of things are very special and very sacred, like my friends and relationships, and I personally think that bringing things into the public makes everything so much messier,” the model told Australian Vogue. “Also I\u2019m very young and right now I feel like relationships aren\u2019t always super-certain.”<\/p>\n

By the first Monday in May\u2014i.e. the Met Gala<\/a>\u2014in 2019, they had amicably split up<\/a>, Kendall foreseeing that her packed schedule could pose too many complications.<\/p>\n
